A flow path-forming unit in an air volume-increasing unit is configured to include an open section (161) opened so as to face traveling wind, and a flow path-forming wall (162) extended to a wind flow downstream side of the traveling wind from the open section. Further, a downstream-side extending section extends from the flow path-forming section to the wind flow downstream side. The flow path-forming wall forms a traveling wind flow path (163) in which the traveling wind that has flowed in from the open section flows so as to surround the traveling wind flow path. The flow path-forming section and the downstream-side extending section form a plate shape as a whole, as well as form a first outer wall surface (20) on one surface side and a second outer wall surface (22) on the other surface side. A through-hole (164) penetrating the flow path-forming wall from the first outer wall surface into the traveling wind flow path is formed in the flow path-forming section. The through-hole is formed such that the opening area of the through-hole becomes smaller than the opening area of the open section, and the traveling wind flowing out from the traveling wind flow path via the through hole merges at a flow velocity faster than wall surface wind with respect to the wall surface wind along the first outer wall surface.
