Abstract:
An air volume measurement and correction method for an air duct of a non-uniform air field. By using an air volume measurement system based on big data analysis and an air volume measurement system in which an air volume flowmeter is provided on the basis of a data air-speed average-value point position, which are respectively arranged in different cross sections of an air duct of a non-uniform air field, the measurement of measured air-duct air-speed values Fdps and Fpps are respectively and simultaneously performed and a difference value is calculated. When the difference value between Fdps and Fpps is relatively large, Fdps is used as a measured air-duct air-volume value, or the arrangement position of the air volume flowmeter at the data air-speed average-value point position is manually or automatically adjusted. The two systems have complementary strengths and implement verification for each other, thereby accurately and reliably solving the problem in the prior art of geometric air-speed average-values obtained by means of air volume measurement apparatuses being inaccurate and unreliable with respect to air-duct air volume measurement. The air volume measurement and correction method is applied to a coal-fired boiler of a coal-fired generator set, such that the coal-fired boiler can more accurately and more reliably reach or approach the optimal coal-air ratio thereof.
