Abstract:
Provided is an airbag base fabric that has excellent impactor characteristics even with a pyro inflator excelling in lightweight compactness, and that is appropriate for a driver's seat or a passenger's seat. The present invention discloses a non-coated airbag base fabric in which the maximum value of internal pressure when measuring the dynamic permeability of a textile at 50-65°C is 70-100kpa, and at that time the two axis distortion rate of the base fabric is 2.9-4.0%. With regard to this non-coated airbag base fabric, a yarn that constitutes the textile is Nylon 66 fiber, an oil component residual in the textile is 0.04-0.60wt%, the textile includes an olefin polymer the melting point of the main component of which is no more than 60°C, and it is preferable that 20-200ppm of a phosphorous component is included in the textile.
