Abstract:
Disclosed is an airbag device for a motorcycle which makes it possible to achieve a reduction in size and weight by effectively using the vehicle body frame of the motorcycle and to ensure freedom of layout. The airbag device 10 is mounted to a motorcycle 1 comprising a vehicle body frame 2 that has a main pipe 21. The airbag device 10 comprises an airbag 31 provided to the exterior of the main pipe 21 and an inflator 32 provided in the interior of the main pipe 21. An inflating/deploying gas from the inflator 32 is supplied to the airbag 31 via a gas flow pipe 40.
