Abstract:
Provided is an airbag device capable of easily connecting a module cover and a retainer. An airbag device 1 includes: an airbag 2; an inflator 3 for inflating the airbag 2; a retainer 10 to which the airbag 2 and the inflator 3 are attached through an attachment ring 6; and a module cover 20 attached to the occupant side of the retainer 10 to cover the folded body of the airbag 2. An extended piece 28 is inserted into an insertion hole 18, and a hook portion 17b of a lock piece 17 of a retainer peripheral wall 15 is locked in an opening 27 in a module cover side wall portion 22. The insertion hole 18 is located near the lock piece 17.
