Abstract:
An airbag module (10) for a vehicle. The airbag module (10) is mounted inside of a vehicle dashboard (30) and comprises an inflator and an airbag (11). The airbag (11) is provided with an inflation port (121) and is connected to the inflator by means of the inflation port (121). The airbag (11) comprises an elongated primary panel (12), a first secondary panel (13A) and a second secondary panel (13B), wherein two lateral ends of the primary panel (12) are connected to form a more or less cylindrical structure, and the outer peripheral edges of the first secondary panel (13A) and the second secondary panel (13B) are respectively connected to the upper and lower peripheral edges of the cylindrical structure so as to cover the upper and lower surfaces of the cylindrical structure. When the airbag (11) is in an inflated and deployed state, a height direction of the cylindrical structure is consistent with a height direction of the vehicle.
