Abstract:
In the present invention, landing location candidates are determined that are within the range within which an aircraft (3) can travel and are near the route of a vehicle (30A), and a landing location for the aircraft (3) is selected from the landing location candidates. A flight path to the selected landing location is determined, and control information for making the aircraft (3) travel along the determined flight path is transmitted to the aircraft (3).
