Abstract:
This aircraft fuselage assembly jig is equipped with: a horizontally oriented base on which an aircraft fuselage panel is placed so as to be lying down, and which is provided with a plurality of frame indices for determining the positions of both ends of a plurality of aircraft fuselage frames; a plurality of header plates which project from the base so as to extend along an aircraft fuselage panel, and which align in parallel with one another in the axial direction of the aircraft fuselage panel; a plurality of electric cylinders which are provided in a radiating pattern on each of the plurality of header plates, and move receiving members which contact the skin of the aircraft fuselage panel in the radial direction of the aircraft fuselage panel; and air flotation devices which are provided on the receiving members, and slidably support the aircraft fuselage panel by causing the skin to float above the receiving surface of the receiving members when air pressure is supplied.
