Abstract:
Provided is an aircraft seat structure capable of ensuring passenger comfort and effectively utilizing space in the cabin. The aircraft seat structure has: a first seat unit having a first seat area in which a passenger is allowed to sit, and a first side area adjacent in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the first seat area; and a second seat unit having a second seat area in which a passenger is allowed to sit, and a second side area adjacent in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the second seat area. The first side area is located on one side of the first seat area along a direction crossing the travelling direction of the aircraft, and the second side area is located on the other side of the second seat area along the crossing direction. The first side area and the second seat area are joined in a state in which a part of the second seat area is inserted into the first side area. The first side area and the second seat area are partitioned by a partition wall, and the partition wall has a slanting surface inclined toward the second seat unit.
