Abstract:
An aircraft wing provided with a nanolayer having a spontaneous condensate drop propelling function, comprising an aircraft wing body made of a titanium material. The titanium material is prepared in a manner described below: a cathode and an anode which is made of a titanium material are placed into a normal-temperature electrolyte with a mass fraction of 0.03-0.5% to form an oxidation system; a constant voltage of 20-60V is applied between the cathode and the anode, and the reaction time is more than 20 min, such that a nano-structure is formed on the surface of the titanium material; and then the surface of the titanium material is modified with low-surface-energy substances. According to the present invention, the spontaneous condensate drop propelling functional surface is prepared on the surface of the titanium material by using an anode oxidization method, so as to solve the issue wherein aircraft wings are prone to be affected by frost and ice.
