The present invention relates to an airflow control apparatus for an air circulation duct, and to an air circulation system comprising same. The airflow control apparatus for an air circulation duct according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a movable plate installed in the air circulation duct; a first rotatable rod arranged so as to tightly contact the movable plate; and a second rotatable rod positioned opposite the first rotatable rod with the movable plate as the center, and arranged so as to tightly contact the movable plate in parallel with the first rotatable rod. The first rotatable rod is rotatable on the central shaft thereof, and the central shaft of the second rotatable rod is rotatable about the central shaft of the first rotatable rod. The movable plate is linearly movable in accordance with the rotation of the first rotatable rod, and rotates in accordance with the rotation of the second rotatable rod, thereby controlling the direction and volume of air flowing along the air circulation duct.
