Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an airflow sensor characteristic information generation system for improving the responsiveness of an airflow sensor. [Solution] An airflow sensor characteristic information generation system W1 includes: a pressure step response device Z that changes, in a step-like manner, the pressure of a gas flowing in a pipe of piping 20; an airflow sensor 1 and a high-response flow meter 10 that measure an airflow rate flowing in the pipe of the piping 20; and a measurement device 110 that calculates airflow sensor characteristic information. The measurement device 110 includes: a data acquisition unit 110 that acquires a first airflow rate measured by the airflow sensor 1 while the pressure step response device Z is changing the pressure of the piping 20 in a step-like manner, and a second airflow rate measured by the high-response flow meter; and an airflow sensor characteristic information calculation unit 113 that, with the second airflow rate as a reference flow rate, calculates a regression transfer function of the airflow sensor 1 as the airflow sensor characteristic information, such calculation using the reference flow rate and the first airflow rate.
