Description

AIRLESS PUMP HAVE DUPLICATION COSMETIC CASE

Technical Field

[1] The invention relates to a dual-type cosmetic case having an airless pump, and more particularly, to a dual-type cosmetic case having an airless pump, wherein a dual-type structure is formed in which an inner tube case is horizontally mounted inside a rigid outer case, which has a cosmetic tool receiving room opened and closed by a cover and is horizontally formed, and an airless pump is vertically provided to front sides of the cases and smoothly pumps and thus discharges the contents to the outside, thereby storing the cosmetics in a safe and efficient manner and enabling the cosmetics to be refilled and to be discharged in a fixed quantity by a pumping operation of the airless pump. Background Art

[2] In general, the cosmetics of cream type such as sun cream are stored in a tube-type cosmetic case. The tube-type cosmetic case is used as a case that efficiently seals and stores the contents such as medical supplies and various detergents as well as cosmetics.

[3] In addition, the tube-type cosmetic case is structured in such a manner that the surface thereof is artificially compressed from the outside, thereby discharging the contents through an injection port. The cosmetic case may be comprised of various materials such as aluminum, laminate, synthetic resin material and the like, depending on the contents to be stored. However, when the case is used as a cosmetic case, a soft synthetic resin material is normally used for the case.

[4] The tube consisting of the soft synthetic resin material has advantages that the contents can be efficiently stored therein and the tube can be conveniently used. However, since the tube is comprised of the flexible synthetic resin material, the overall volume is decreased as the contents are discharged, so that its external shape is deformed.

[5] As the external shape is gradually distorted as the used amount, the original shape cannot be kept, thereby deteriorating the product quality. In other words, the external appearance becomes poorer. Furthermore, due to the deformed external shape, the preservation ability is lowered and it is not easy to handle the product.

[6] Further, the conventional tube-type cosmetic case has such a structure that an opening thereof is opened and closed by a stopper and the contents are discharged as the surface thereof is compressed. Accordingly, during the use, the exterior air is introduced into the case. Furthermore, since the contents are discharged by the com-

pression, it is difficult to discharge the contents in a necessary proper quantity.

[7] In order to solve the above problems, a structure has been suggested in which a separate pump is mounted to an opening of a tube. According to this structure, the contents are discharged in a fixed quantity by the pump without introducing the exterior air. However, the structure is complex, so that the manufacturing ability and the assembly ability are poor. In addition, an accurate operation cannot be expected.

[8] Further, the overall volume of the tube is decreased as the amount of the contents discharged by the pump, so that the external shape is deformed. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[9] The invention has been made to solve the above problems occurring in the prior art.

An object of the invention is to provide a dual-type cosmetic case having an airless pump, wherein a tube-type cosmetic case is shaped into a dual-type structure in which an inner case consisting of a tube and an outer case consisting of a rigid synthetic resin have a horizontally flat shape and a separate airless pump having a vertical shape is mounted to an opening of the case, thereby improving the conveniences of transportation, storage and use by keeping the external shape unchanged, and enabling the contents to be discharged in a fixed quantity by a pumping operation of the airless pump.

[10] Another object of the invention is to provide a dual-type cosmetic case having an airless pump, wherein an overall shape of the inner and outer cases is formed to be horizontally flat and the airless pump is formed to be perpendicular to the case, thereby providing a unique design to the case to improve the external appearance and the manufacturing ability.

[11] Still another object of the invention is to provide a dual-type cosmetic case having an airless pump, wherein a separate cosmetic tool receiving room, which is opened and closed by a cover, is formed in an outer case, which is a protection case, thereby improving the compatibility and convenience of use. Technical Solution

[12] In order to achieve the above objects, there is provided a cosmetic case comprising: an inner tube case that stores cosmetics of various creams and is horizontally mounted; an outer case that has a dual structure fitted to the outside of the inner case, consists of a rigid synthetic resin material and is shaped into a horizontally flat form; an airless pump that is fitted to the front ends of the inner and outer cases to discharge the contents in the inner case and is vertically formed; and a cosmetic tool receiving room that is formed at the upper part of the outer case and is opened and closed by a cover and receives various cosmetics therein.

Advantageous Effects

[13] According to the invention, the cosmetic case is a dual-type consisting of inner and outer cases. The contents of medical supplies and detergents as well as a variety of cosmetics such as cream can be safely and efficiently received in the tube-type inner case consisting of a soft synthetic resin or rubber for a long time.

[14] In addition, the outer case made of a rigid synthetic resin material protects the flexible inner case of a tube-type, thereby improving the convenience of use. Further, it is possible to keep the original shape regardless of the use of the contents, thereby making the external shape good and storing the contents in a safe manner.

[15] Furthermore, the pump is provided to the front of the case, which enables the contents to be pumped as the press operation is made. Accordingly, it is possible to discharge the contents in a fixed amount all the time and to prevent the air from being introduced to safely preserve the contents.

[16] In particular, while the dual-type case consisting of inner and outer cases is structured to have a horizontally flat shape, the airless pump mounted to the front end of the case is structured in such a manner that it can be mounted perpendicularly to the cases. Hence, the overall shape of the cosmetic case can be shaped into a variety of forms such as circle, ellipse, quadrangle and polygon. As a result, the overall shape and product ability of the cosmetic case can be improved. Brief Description of Drawings

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention

[39] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear.

[40]

[41] FIGS. 1 and 2 show an overall structure of a cosmetic case to which the invention is applied and FIGS. 3 to 8 show a pump of the invention and parts relating thereto. In the drawings, a reference numeral 100 indicates a main body of the cosmetic case according to an embodiment of the invention.

[42] The main body 100 of the cosmetic case comprises an inner tube case 10 composed of a flexible soft synthetic resin material, in which the contents are filled and stored, an outer case 20 that is fitted with the tube case 10 in a manner of covering the tube case 10 from the outside and is formed of a rigid synthetic resin material to protect the tube case safely, an airless pump 30 that is fitted to a front inside the case 20 and is connected to an injection port of the tube case 10 to pump the contents therein, and a cosmetic tool receiving room 40 that is formed at a top of the case 20 and is opened and closed by a cover 21 and receives a cosmetic tool therein.

[43] To be more specific, the tube case 10 consists of a soft material such as synthetic resin material or rubber so as to easily store the contents of a gel state, for example cream. An injection port 11 of a rigid synthetic resin material is formed at one side of the tube case for discharging the contents.

[44] In addition, the case 20 fitted to the outside of the tube case 10 is composed of a rigid synthetic resin material and is shaped into an elliptical form that is horizontally flat. The case 20 consists of a pair of upper and lower plates that are connected and separated to and from each other, thereby providing a space in which the tube case 10 is received.

[45] In the meantime, the case 20 is shaped as an elliptical case that is horizontally laid

down, rather than vertically erected, thereby providing a unique design. However, it should be noted that the case 20 can be formed as various shapes such as circle, quadrangle, polygon and the like and is shaped to be horizontally laid down, in general.

[46] Further, the airless pump 30 is provided to a front inside the case 20 and has a nozzle cap 31 that is interference-fitted in an engagement recess 21 of the case 20. To a front side of the nozzle cap 31 is fitted a nozzle 32 and to a rear side thereof is provided a connection pipe 33 that is connected with the injection port 11 of the tube case 10.

[47] In addition, front and rear valves 34, 35 are provided to front and rear sides of the nozzle cap 31, respectively. The front and rear valves 34, 35 are disc valves that have been already known. As shown in FIG. 8, in each valve, a ball is connected to a center of a support rim by an elastic piece. Each of the valves serves as a check valve that enables the contents to flow in a flow direction of the fluid and does not permit the flow of the contents in a reverse direction thereof.

[48] Furthermore, a compression pipe 36, which serves as a cylinder, is vertically provided inside the nozzle cap 31 and a piston 37 is engaged to the compression pipe 36, so that they are vertically moved as a return spring 38 and an operation button 39 are pressed.

[49] As shown in FIG. 7, the compression pipe 36 is shaped into a cylinder form in the nozzle cap 31 and is opened in forward and backward directions, so that it provides compression force as the piston 37 is vertically moved.

[50] In other words, the compression pipe 36 is cylindrically shaped in such a manner that the top is opened and the front and rear sides thereof are opened. The cylindrical piston 37 is fitted to the peripheral surface of the compression pipe 36 so that it can be vertically moved.

[51] Furthermore, the piston 37 is engaged with the compression pipe 36 and is resilently mounted by a return spring 38. To the upper side of the piston 37 is fitted an operation button 39. A part of the operation button 39 is exposed to the outside of the case 20. When the operation button is pressed, the return spring 38 is compressed, thereby enabling the piston 37 to compress the compression pipe 36.

[52] A cosmetic tool receiving room 40 is formed at the upper part of the case 20, which is opened and closed by a cover 41 and receives therein a variety of cosmetic tools 42 such as powder.

[53] The cover 41 is axis-connected to a rear of the case 20 by a hinge 43 and is opened and closed about the connection.

[54] The cosmetic case 100 structured as described above can effectively store the cream type cosmetics consisting of gel. Further, it is suitable for a cosmetic case having a horizontally flat shape, rather than a vertical shape.

[55] Thereby, the tube case 10 consisting of a tube is received in the case 20 having an elliptical shape. At this time, the injection port 11 thereof is connected to the rear connection pipe 33 of the airless pump 30 mounted to the front of the case 20.

[56] As shown in FIG. 5, when the operation button 39 is pressed with the cover 41 being opened, the piston 37 is moved downward while compressing the return spring 38, thereby compressing the inside of the compression pipe 36. Therefore, the vacuum pressure prevails in the nozzle cap 31, so that the front valve 34 is opened with the rear valve 35 being closed. As a result, the contents filled therein are discharged to the outside through the nozzle 32.

[57] Then, when the operation button 39 being pressed is released, the return spring 38 is returned, as shown in FIG. 6, so that the piston 37 and the operation button 39 are raised to the original positions thereof and at the same time the vacuum suction force acts in the nozzle cap 31.

[58] Thereby, the front valve 34 blocks the front fluid passage while returning by its elasticity and the rear valve 35 opens the rear fluid passage, so that the contents in the tube case 10 is introduced into the nozzle cap 31 via the injection port 11 and the connection pipe 33 and is ready for a next operation.

[59] By repeating the above operations, the contents in the tube case 10 can be discharged in a fixed amount. Furthermore, the cosmetic tool 42 in the cosmetic tool receiving room 40 opened by the cover 41 can be conveniently used as required.

[60] In the meantime, the cosmetic case 100 of the invention can be refilled by separating the case 20 after completely using the contents stored in the tube case 10 and then replacing the tube case 10 received in the case 20. In addition, the cosmetic case of the invention can store a variety of medical supplies, detergents and the like as well as the cosmetics.

[61] In particular, according to the invention, the case 20 is shaped into a flat form and the airless pump 30 is provided in a perpendicular direction thereof. Accordingly, the cosmetic case 100 can be shaped into various forms including flat circle, ellipse, quadrangle and polygon.

[62]

[63] While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
