Abstract:
The present invention has the objective of providing precise operation without any errors by step-by-step suction and discharge operations on a shaft valve and a piston to separately realize suction and discharge of cosmetics, wherein by step-by-step elevations of the piston and shaft valve that are individually configured for their suction operations on gel phase cosmetics, said shaft valve performs opening of a inlet tube of cosmetics and shutdown of a discharge tube as a first step and also said piston performs suction by continuous elevation as a second step, and the discharge operations of cosmetics comprises both blocking of the inlet tube of cosmetics and opening of a discharge tube by primary descending of said shaft valve and also compression and discharge by continuous descending of the piston as a second step. In addition, the present invention has the objective that in association with the descending operation of a button member, associated operation of an open/close nozzle opens the outlet of the nozzle to discharge gel phase cosmetics, and upon discharging the cosmetics, the return (ascending) operation of the button member is associated with closing and blocking of the outlet of the nozzle so that external leakage of cosmetics that remain in the discharge cap in the sucked state upon discharging of cosmetics may be blocked to prevent contamination due to storage in a portable condition and contact with air at the maximum level and prevent deterioration of cosmetics, and avoiding the deterioration of cosmetics and blocking of the outlet of the nozzle is accurately accomplished by excluding the use of metallic springs so that reliability of the product may be ensured.
