CLAIMS

1. "AIRROW CLEAN" a new and improved toilet system with a vacuum, for the purpose of transferring "gases" (AIR) from inside the toilet bowl to the sewer/septic tank when through the ventilation pipe above the roof, or manually with an on/off switch that may be located on the vacuum, on the toilet bowl, etc., it may be powered by a removable, (Battery cable) rechargeable battery or a/c power cord or both, that may or may not include seat wanning capabilities, that may or may not include motor(s) on either side of the toilet seat for the purpose of lifting up (opening) and/or closing the toilet seat or lid, that may or may not include a button on the bottom base of the toilet, to kick open the toilet seat/lid or both, that includes technology to allow the toilet seat to close, flushing the toilet, with a tubing system that has a liquid trap on the bottom section to prevent the gases (air) from traveling back into the bathroom area.

2. "AIRROW CLEAN" a new and improved toilet system with chambers (cavities) and holes for the purpose of transferring water and/ or air into, or out of the toilet bowl, that may or may not include technology to cause the two motors located on either side of the toilet seat to begin turning when the user rises off the toilet seat to cause the seat, lid or both to close flushing the toilet, with a rubbery spring ring around the underside section of the toilet seat to provide a tight seal between the toilet bowl rim and the toilet seat, to prevent gases/foul odors from escaping, and to keep pressure off of the electrical contact to the vacuum when not in use, that may or may not include electro-magnets at the front section of the toilet seat and lid, with technology that may or may not include a timer to signal the two motors after a certain time to close the toilet seat , lid or both.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Generally, the most difficult room in the house to clean, and remain smelling clean, is the bathroom. And, in particular, the main source of the problem actually comes from the toilet bowl itself. We are all humans, and no matter how consciously aware we are about having to use the bathroom, the truth is, there's an on-going problem that continues to linger in the air, and will always be a great source of embarrassment to us.

Yes, this is a sensitive issue to even talk about. But let's face it, whenever a person defecates, the surrounding air suddenly becomes overwhelmed by noxious gases and foul odors permeating from inside the bowel. And honestly, quick fixes such as flushing the toilet only help to remove the excrement and fecal matter from the toilet bowl. Yet, it does nothing, at all to freshen or clear the air. Furthermore, as for air fresheners, themselves, they just masks over it by saturating the air with a stench of heavy fragrances and harsh perfumes that just fade away with time.

Nevertheless, we need to man-up and to realize that if the problem is allowed to persist, then not only will the gases and foul odors adhere to the bathroom walls, they will eventually adhere to our clothes, as well.

Introducing a revolutionary "New and Improved Toilet System called... " AIRROW CLEAN!"

The idea behind this product's design unveils an innovative technology that uniquely incorporates a vacuum system and a tubing system together to remove and transfers the gases and fou 1 odor from the toilet bowl and redirect it directly into the sewer or septic system.

"AIRROW CLEAN" performs like any normal toilet seat. However, when it is placed in a downward position, "AIRROW CLEAN", forms a tight seal with the toilet bowl to prevent gases and foul odors from escaping outside the toilet bowl. At the same time, the vacuum, system becomes activated, whereby, the gases and foul odors are then drawn into the hollow cavities around the toilet inner rim, and is sucked into the vacuum system and then released into the sewer or septic system.

"AIRROW CLEAN" will certainly provide the homeowner with a clean smelling bathroom, regardless how often it is being used. Yet, more importantly, gone are the days of having to worry about your bathroom smelling like a walking septic tank. So, no more worries about how awful your poop smells, simply remove your current toilet or toilet seat, and replaced it with a "AIRROW CLEAN". Isn't time for you to get out of the stone ages...

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Introducing a revolutionary "New and improved toilet system called "AIRROW CLEAN!" The idea behind the product design unveils an innovative technology that uniquely incorporates a vacuum system and a tubing system together to remove and transfer the gases and foul odor from the toilet bowl and redirect it directly into the sewer/ septic tank then through the ventilation pipe above the roof.

This system may also include technology that causes the toilet lid to close when the user rises off the toilet seat and automatically flushing the toilet

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING

FIGURE-I, depicts a "cut out" view of the new toilet bowl to reveal the tubing system that is filled with a liquid substance on the bottom section of the tube, to prevent the gases (air) from traveling back into the bathroom area.

The middle section of the tubing system in this drawing shows an "inflated" section in the tube to break the flow of suction, (to prevent entrance of the liquid into the vacuum).

This drawing also shows the vacuum attached to the top back section of the toilet bowl. The tubing system is connected to the top section of the vacuum and the vacuum is powered by a rechargeable battery. The rechargeable battery is located on the middle bottom section of this drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIGURE-I- Reveals the new product, "AIIROW CLEAN."

SECTION-4- Shows the hollow cavity hole for the vacuum suction.

Section-6- Shows the vacuum (as is already known in the art).

Section-9A- Shows directional airflow pattern leading into the vacuum then pushed down the sewer/ septic system.

Section- I 0- Shows electrical cable that goes from the vacuum to the rechargeable battery.

Section- I 0A- Shows electrical cable plug.

Section-I I- Shows the rechargeable battery, as already known in the arts Section- I 2- Shows the battery indicator light, as is already known in the arts Section-I 5 - Shows a hollow chamber built into the toilet bowl, or flexible hose Leading to the vacuum.

Section- I SB- Shows an inflated section of the flexible tube.

EXPLANATION

As the vacuum system (Section-6) (regular vacuum or the shop-vac technology) (as is already known in the arts) is activated, the airflow (Section-9A) is forced (sucked) into the hollow chamber (cavitie) (s) or hose (tube) (Section-15) then sucked into the vacuum, the vacuum redirect the airflow and pushes the air out of the vacuum (Section-6) down the sewer/ septic tank or ventilation pipe above the roof.

As the vacuum is activated, the suction will pull the liquid substance (water, oil, etc.) (located on the bottom section of the tube.) (Section-15) up towards the vacuum, but as the liquid reaches the inflated section (Section- 15B) of the tube the liquid substance will slowly fall back down the tube allowing airflow. When the vacuum suction stop (vacuum is turned off) the liquid will build up on the bottom section of the tube to prevent the gases (air) from re-entering the restroom area.

The vacuum may be powered by a rechargeable battery see (Section- 11) or a/c power cord see (Section-10A) or both (when the power goes off, the battery will power the system.)

The electrical cable see (Section- 10) connects the vacuum to the rechargeable battery and to the power cord. The indicator light see (Section- 12) will show the life of the battery.
