Abstract:
The present invention promotes airspace usage and improves stability of flight by matching airspace registrants and airspace users. A server device 1 of the present invention has: a reception processing unit 11b which is able to communicate with an information terminal, and processes a domain issuance request from the information terminal by issuing a domain constituted from at least first to third domain information by specifying the airspace; and a domain issuance unit 11c which issues the domain on the basis of the issuance request, wherein at least area information and the third domain information are transmitted from the information terminal, and the domain issuance unit 11c issues a sky domain indicating the airspace by taking the first domain information as a predetermined character string, the second domain information as a character string corresponding to the area information, and the third domain information as a character string transmitted from the information terminal.
