Abstract:
The present invention relates to an airtight container cover to be coupled onto an upper portion of the container. The airtight container cover comprises a transparent cover and a packing closure. The transparent cover has a first protrusion formed along an outer periphery of a transparent plate and a second protrusion spaced apart from the first protrusion such that a packing groove is formed in the vicinity of a rim of a lower surface of the transparent plate, wherein said transparent has through-holes. The first protrusion has opening/shutting means formed integrally therewith, and both sides of the second protrusion have connection grooves. The packing closure comprises a packing member integrally fitted to the packing groove of the transparent cover, and a closure member formed integrally with the packing member by means of connection portions which pass through the connection grooves of the second protrusion and integrally fitted into the through-holes of the transparent plate. The closure member of the packing closure has a fine hole which automatically opens to discharge gases when the container thermally expands. The airtight container cover of the present invention has said transparent cover and said packing closure, which are double-molded and formed integrally with each other, thus improving use convenience by preventing a separation between the transparent cover and the packing closure. In addition, the packing closure has said fine hole, making it possible to discharge only gases when the container is filled with pressure, and thus enabling the container to be used in a microwave oven. Liquid in the container having the airtight container cover of the present invention is prevented from leaking even when the container is falls down due to an impact during transportation, thus enabling the container to be easily transported onboard a vehicle, ship, airplane or the like.
