Abstract:
The present invention relates to an airtight container lid assembly, and the object thereof is to improve the structure of the lid assembly such that a lid main body and a locking wing part can be made of different materials and integrated together, a product can be given a variety of appearances, and Tritan resin, which is highly transparent and eco-friendly, can be effectively applied. The present invention includes: a lid main body (210) injection-molded from a synthetic resin so as to cover an airtight container (100) at the top, and having a slot-shaped nesting groove (211) provided in the shape of a strip along the edge of an upper surface, and a packing groove (212) provided in the shape of a strip on the edge of a lower surface; a lid-edge member (220) having a flange (223) which is injection-molded into a ring shape from a synthetic resin so as to surround the edge of the lid main body (210) after the lid main body (210) is inserted and arranged in a synthetic resin injection-molding die, wherein an inner step (221) is provided on the inside so as to be molded and hooked into the embedding groove (211) of the lid main body (210) and an outer step (222) is provided on the outside so as to surround the edge of the lid main body (210) while being hooked onto the lower end of the outer wall of the packing groove (212), and locking wings (226) are integrally formed with a snap hinge portion (224) at regular intervals on the edge of the flange (223) and are provided with locking steps (225) so as to be elastically hooked onto a hooking projection (110) of the airtight container (100); and silicone packing (230) disposed in the packing groove (212) of the lid main body (210) so as to tightly contact the open upper portion of the airtight container (100).
