Abstract:
A nasal cavity model generating unit (41) extracts pixels having a pixel density value in a specific range from three-dimensional image data of a nasal cavity of a subject contained in DICOM data (21), and generates a nasal cavity model (50), which is a three-dimensional shape model of the nasal cavity, on the basis of three-dimensional image data configured using the extracted pixels. A nasal cavity resistance value calculating unit (42) obtains a nasal cavity resistance value (51) by means of fluid analysis employing the nasal cavity model (50) generated by the nasal cavity model generating unit (41). An adjusting unit (43) adjusts the pixel density value range to be extracted in order for the nasal cavity model generating unit (41) to generate the nasal cavity model (50), in such a way that the nasal cavity resistance value (51) obtained by the nasal cavity resistance value calculating unit (42) and a nasal cavity resistance value (52) measured by means of a nasal cavity ventilation meter coincide.
