Abstract:
Disclosed is an Al alloy reflective electrode film which constitutes an anode layer for a top-emitting organic EL element, has high reflectivity and high electrical conductivity, and also has low average surface roughness and low contact resistance. Specifically disclosed is a reflective electrode film for forming an anode layer for a top-emitting organic EL element, which comprises an Al alloy comprising Mg in an amount of 0.5 to 15% by mass and one or more elements selected from La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Eu in the total amount of 0.5 to 10% by mass, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities, or an Al alloy comprising Mg in an amount of 0.5 to 15% by mass and Ce in an amount of 0.5 to 10% by mass, and additionally comprises one or more elements selected from Ni and Co in the total amount of 2 to 9% by mass or Pd in an amount of 4 to 15% by mass, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. The reflective electrode film has high reflectivity, high electrical conductivity, low average surface roughness and low contact resistance with a hole injection electrode film such as ITO and AZO.
