Abstract:
The present invention is an assembly formed by fitting together the straight section of an Al alloy pipe provided with a sacrificial layer on the outer surface of an inner pipe, and the flared section of another Al alloy pipe, and soldering the Al alloy pipes, and a heat exchanger obtained using the assembly. Before soldering, a portion where the sacrificial layer is not provided is present on the outer surface of the straight section. After soldering, a fillet in contact with the outer surface of the straight section and the inner surface of the flared section is formed, and a portion where the sacrificial layer is not provided is present on the outer surface of the straight section in contact with the fillet, thereby achieving the effect of improving the corrosion resistance of the joint section obtained by soldering.
