Abstract:
The present invention relates to an alarm and awakening device and to a method which generate an alarm sound when a time reaches a preset alarm time, and enable a user who had just been awakened by the alarming sound to spray water onto the face thereof to be stimulated by the water and become completely awake. The alarm and awakening device and the method of the present invention generate an alarm sound at a preset alarm time, and spray water through a spray nozzle from a water container by the pressure of air blown by the user who had just been awakened by the alarming sound to stimulate the face thereof with the water, thereby completely and effectively awakening the user from sleep.
