Abstract:
An alarm valve according to the present invention comprises: a valve housing (100) having a clapper operating space (103) provided with a predetermined size between a primary-side main conduit (101) and a secondary-side branch conduit (102); a seat ring (110) installed as a fire-extinguishing water exit on an inner surface which forms the primary-side main conduit (101); a support ring (120), both ends of which are attached to both sides of the inner surface of the secondary-side branch conduit (102), the support ring (120) having a pinhole formed at the center of a support pole (121); a guide pin (130), the upper end of which is fitted and fastened to the pin hole of the support ring (120), and the lower end of which extends downwards vertically toward the seat ring (110); a clapper (140) having a guide hole (141) provided at the center of the upper surface thereof such that same moves in/out while being fitted to the guide pin (130), the clapper (140) thus moving upward/downward vertically toward the seat ring (110) so as to open/close the primary-side main conduit (101); and an elastic member (160) installed on the guide pin (130) so as to be compressed when the clapper (140) moves upwards and to apply a tension when the clapper (140) moves downwards, thereby maintaining a state of sealing between the seat ring (110) and the clapper (140). Accordingly, the sealing pressure between the clapper and the seat ring is increased. A height-adjustable setting adjustment pin (220) is installed on the front end (211) of a paddle (210) of a paddle switch (200) so as to contact the bottom surface of the clapper (140) such that setting adjustment of a fire signal issuing switch can be performed quickly and conveniently.
