CLAIMS [001] An alert and monitoring system made up of elements, which are managed by software through electronic cards equipped with microprocessors and memory, with the purpose of actuating computer logic harmonizing the various elements that make up said system (1), to supply said elements with the various calculation functions that are fundamental for carrying out the respective duties, to permit one element bracelet (20) worn by a subject (2, 3, 5, 90) to activate said alert and monitoring system (1) by way of the simple approach of said bracelet (20), within a pre-set distance that could be regulated as required, to the control box (10) of said system (1), by way of a transceiver (21, 23) of said bracelet (20), configured to send one or more wireless signals to one or more receiver (46, 52, 58, 62, 67, 601, 301, 72, 79, 311) that is wireless and positioned in said additional element (50,55, 61,65, 600,300, 71,78, 310) of said system (1), to which (10, 50, 55, 61, 65, 600, 300, 71, 78, 310) which will provoke, possibly, the issue of a signal that is acoustic (4, 50A, 55A, 61A, 65A, 602,302, 71A, 78A), and/or optic (50B, 55B, 61B, 65B, 603,303, 71B, 78B, 312) also to remind the user (30) to activate a pertinent Application, or "App" (48), through said Smartphone element (40), so that said control box (10) can communicate to said pertinent " App" (48) all events transmitted to it from each of the elements of said system 1, to inform and/or alert the user (30) through warnings that are optical 42, 43), acoustic (44), issued by said Smartphone (40), in order to: - signal to the user (30) to pick up said Smartphone (40), or other object (5), before said user (30) descends from a vehicle, or before said user (30) distances himself from his current position; - signal to the user (30) the presence of one or more subjects (2, 3) during his momentary distancing, together with the Smartphone (40), beyond a distance from the control box (10) that is pre-set, or from said bracelet (20); - signal to the user (30) the loosening of the safety belt (8, 9, 50) by a child (2); and also - signal to the user (30), through said control box (10), or said bracelet (20), positioned on said object (5, 90), the possible distancing beyond a pre-set distance, which can be regulated case by case using said " App" (48), of said object (5, 90) as to the Smartphone (40) in his possession, which in addition to constantly indicating on its display (41) the position of said bracelet (20), or the distance of position from said Smartphone (40), allows the user (30) to send to said bracelet (20) a pertinent warning through said Smartphone (40), which is issued by the acoustic element (22) of said bracelet (20). BACKGROUND ART AND TECHNICAL PROBLEM
[0001] There are plenty of already known practices in the area of prevention of subjects transportation, in particular of children, in motor vehicles, which are generally based on sensors placed in the safety belts, or in car chairs that are mainly operated by manual activation of the system, which sometimes, due to hastiness, can be forgotten.
[0002] Some of these practices, in the case of the departure of the car driver, also provide for to alert him of the presence of the child in the car through remote devices, usually being keychains, which in addition to being an additional burden to carried around, by filling pockets, bags, etc., also represent an additional difficulty, as it is essential to remember to always bring them with you and, above all, not to leave them in the car, in case of temporary departure with the child remaining in the car and, in general, such remote devices of the already known practices, such as for example US2010 / 078978, US2013 / 109342 and US7230530, WO03 / 032270 are limited to only generate a continuous acoustic warning, generally a buzzer, by exhausting their function.
[ 0003 ] Moreover, the practices on the protection of children during transportation in motor vehicles, do not foresee this function associated with that of monitoring the stationing of the transported person in the case of his/her location after getting out of the vehicle, in order to be notified the distance, as well as the position. When there is a crowd, for example, a dog, a child, etc., as soon as they get out of the vehicle, where they had to remain almost immobile, are generally inclined to run around for a bit, risking of getting lost among the crowd.
[0004] It should also be noted that none of the known practices dealing with the aforementioned subjects allows the driver to be reminded of both the remote element, as well as any object before leaving the vehicle, rather than after.
[0005] Finally, it is also important to point out that protection systems during transportation of animals differ from those of children, and the existing systems are not even flexible to be used in this sense, as they lack versatility, without allowing the user to sett up operating system, according to the needs. SOLUTION TO PROBLEM AND ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
[0006] Therefore, the present invention intends to fix the aforementioned drawbacks and prevent others from happening, through warning and monitoring system (1) offering the user the possibility to use it for additional purposes related to the protection and monitoring of the presence, as well as the location of subjects (2, 3, 5, 90), people 2, animals 3, things 5, 90, preferably during the stopovers, by devices self-powered through rechargeable batteries, solar panels, etc., and they could also be powered by the motor vehicle battery.
[0007] These elements (10, 50, 55, 61, 65, 600, 300, 71, 78), generally equipped with sensors and audible and / or light indicators, will be managed by a firmware and a software through electronic cards accompanied by microprocessors and memory, to implement the IT logic, by harmonizing the various elements that make up this warning and monitoring system (1), to provide them with the various fundamental calculation functions to perform their respective functions, in order to allow a transceiver (21, 23) supplied with an element (20) (bracelet, collar, pin, pendant, etc.), worn by a subject (2, 3, 5, 90) to be monitored (FIG. 1, 3, 13 and 22), and configured (21, 23) to send a wireless signal to a wireless receiver (12, 46, 52, 58, 62, 67, 601, 301, 72, 79) positioned in the control unit (10) of this system (1), or in a presence detector element (50, 55, 61, 65, 600, 300, 71, 78) of that system (1), to activate it (10, 50, 55, 61, 65, 600, 300, 71, 78), to trigger the warning and monitoring system (1), (FIG. 6).

to remind the driver (30) to activate the "App" (48), through an acoustic signal (4), triggered by the activation of the system (1), generated automatically by the control unit (10), or by one of the detector elements of the subject stationing (2, 3), which could also generate a signal light;
to use of a smartphone (40), tablet, PC, or similar device, as a remote element, managed by the "App" (48); this (40) commonly used object, replacing the remote element generally provided for by other instructions that face the same problem, will thereby, avoid adding a further additional remote object and, above all, able to inform the user (30), when provided, through relevant sound (44) messages, with images (43) and text (42), etc., targeted, as well as personalized;
identification and signaling on the smartphone (40) display (41) about the position, or the position distance of a subject (2, 3, 5, 90) moving away from the smartphone (40) outside a predetermined range (which could be modified on a case-by-case basis), through the control unit (10), or of the element (20) worn by the subject (2, 3, 5, 90), (FIG. 4A, 24); to make a sound signal (23), and a speech synthesis, with the smartphone (40) to the subject (2, 3, 5, 90) moving outside a preset distance from the smartphone (40), or from control unit (10), implemented by an acoustic element (22) included with said element (20) worn or positioned thereon (2, 3, 5, 90);
to signal the driver (30), from the smartphone (40), of the unbuckled seat belt (8, 9), or of damage to the subject (2, 3) detection element 61, by means of relevant sound (44) messages, with images (43) and text (42), etc., (FIG. 11);
to remind the driver (30), before leaving the vehicle, to pick up the smartphone (40), or any other object (5) or subject (2, 3), previously set, positioned inside the vehicle, (FIG . 12, 15 and 23);
to notify the driver (30) directly from the smartphone (40), through relevant targeted sound (44) messages with images (43) and / or text (42), etc., both of the presence of a person (2, 3) within the vehicle if he / she distances himself / herself (FIG. 10), either from smartphone (40), wristband (20), control unit (10), or the presence (2, 3, 30) detection element (50, 55, 61, 65, 600, 300, 71, 78), and of any action being carried out, during the operation of this warning and monitoring system (1);
to interact with the "App" (48) through dedicated settings (47) reached on the display (41) of the smartphone (40), as well as through the electronic / computer system of the vehicle by integrating it ( 1) to the software of the latter, in case the warning and monitoring system (1) is standard supplied with the vehicle, to establish the various functions according to the specific needs of the user (30). [0010] According to the invention, the typical composition, provided for the normal use of the warning and monitoring system (1), should include: an element that could take the form of a bracelet (20), anklet, necklace, brooch, pendant, key ring, collar, etc., for convenience hereinafter referred to as: bracelet 20, a control unit (10), an element with presence detector sensor (31, 36, 38, 300, 50, 55, 61, 65, 71, 78, 600, 300), or a connection sensor (33), a smartphone (40), or similar device, managed by a special "App" (48), and an alarm element (4) preferably built in the control unit 10, but it could also be the same supplied with the motor vehicle.
[0011] However, depending on the preferred envisaged embodiment of this invention, designed according to the needs of the user (30), it could also be possible that these elements may be used partly, as well as in two, or three copies, etc.. For example two or more bracelets (20), in case of transporting two or more subjects (2, 3) to be protected and monitored, two or more presence detectors (50, 55, 61, 65, 71, 78, 600) of the person transported, as well as a presence detector (31, 36, 38, 300) of the driver could be used.
[0012] Of course, if the characteristics of the said optical / acoustic element (310) were standard adopted as by the car manufacturers, the driver could conveniently set the operating options for the child, animal, object (5, 40) through the display of the vehicle.

The function of generating sound signal (4), is believed to be very important, since it will prevent the driver from forgetting to activate the appropriate "App" (48), thus running the risk of undermining the effectiveness of this warning and monitoring system (1).
[0014] If this warning and monitoring system (1) were adopted as standard by the automotive companies, by being integrated in the electronic and computerized system of the vehicle, every action to be taken would be closely guided by the computer of the vehicle. For example, after the positioning of the subject (2, 3), the "App" (48), pre-installed in the system (1) of the car, would be activated automatically, describing on the display of the vehicle the same actions outlined on the smartphone (40) and, therefore, the system 1 of the vehicle will be interconnected with the "App" (48) of the smartphone (40). [0015] From the moment the bracelet (20) is inside the vehicle, the system (1) will activate, even with the engine shut off, while the activation of the remote monitoring system only from the smartphone (40) outside a predetermined distance by the transported subject (2, 3), can be done with the launch of the "App" (48), even if, based on the further design of this invention, it could be possible for the activation to be done on demand, for instance, by pressing the button (24) of the wristband (20), which would activate the subsequent transceiver (23) of this wristband (20) programmed to interconnect with the transceiver (46) of the smartphone (40); however, it could also be possible for the transceiver (23) of this wristband (20) to activate automatically when the wireless connection between the transceiver (11) of the control unit, and that of the bracelet (20) is interrupted, corresponding to the withdrawal of the subject (2, 3) from the vehicle.
