Abstract:
An alert notification method comprises: (S671) receiving an alert indicating an abnormality that occurred in an operation technology (OT) environment; (S672) identifying, on the basis of the received alert and a plurality of pieces of confirmation information, which indicate situation confirmation content, for the type of alert corresponding thereto, confirmation information corresponding to the type of the alert, the plurality of pieces of confirmation information each including a first item associated with a first weight and indicating content of a first situation confirmation performed by a first responder, and a second item associated with a second weight and indicating content of a second situation confirmation performed by a second responder; (S673) determining, from among the first responder and the second responder, the responder that is to preferentially perform a situation confirmation for the alert received, the determination being made by using the first weight and the second weight identified on the basis of the identified confirmation information; and (S674) notifying the first responder regarding the first item when the first responder is determined to be the responder, and notifying the second responder regarding the second item when the second responder is determined to be the responder.
