Abstract:
An algae-modified pp spunbonded non-woven fabric. Said PP spunbonded non-woven fabric contains 0.1-2% of an alginate. The algae-modified pp spunbonded non-woven fabric has a moisture regain of 0.2-3.5%, and an antibacterial rate greater than or equal to 98%. The algae-modified pp spunbonded non-woven fabric is added with modified alginic acid, and has hydrophilic functional groups such as hydroxyl group and amide group and hydrophobic functional groups such as branched alkyl group. After being spun with pp to form a non-woven fabric, the algae-modified pp spunbonded non-woven fabric can give protons and accept protons, so that the surface of the non-woven fabric can significantly reduce the surface tension of a liquid when encountering the liquid. In addition, a dense interpenetrating grid structure formed by the modified alginic acid has a large number of voids to form a sponge-like structure, and thus the algae-modified pp spunbonded non-woven fabric has good hygroscopicity. Moreover, the water absorption speed is fast, the surface remains dry after water absorption, and the algae-modified pp spunbonded non-woven fabric can absorb more than twice the mass of water, and has good hydrophilicity.
