Disclosed is a novel three-component aliphatic polycarbonate complex derived from carbon dioxide, which is mainly composed of an aliphatic polycarbonate.  Also disclosed is a process for producing the three-component aliphatic polycarbonate complex.  A methacrylic resin or an aliphatic polyester is incorporated, as a second component, into an aliphatic polycarbonate to produce a complex, and a vinyl resin is added, as a third component, to the complex at a specified ratio, thereby producing a novel three-component aliphatic polycarbonate complex derived from carbon dioxide and having excellent mechanical properties that cannot be achieved by two-component complexes.
