Abstract:
An alkaloid compound, preparation method thereof and use thereof as an antiviral agent against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). The preparation comprises: first performing strain fermentation and culturing of a fungus, Scopulariopsis sp. (TA01-33); and extracting and concentrating the fermentation liquid, then sequentially performing normal phase chromatography with silica gel, column chromatography with Sephadex LH-20 gel and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), so as to obtain a compound of formula I, and performing a series of routine chemical reactions on the compound of formula I to obtain compounds of formulas II-V. The present invention further provides an antiviral agent against HSV-1, wherein the compounds of formulas I-V in the present invention or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are used to treat a disease caused by HSV-1.
