Abstract:
An alkylation catalyst for selectively producing p-methylethylbenzene and a preparation method for the catalyst. The catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-80% of a ZSM-5/ZSM-11 cocrystal molecular sieve, 14-41% of a bonding agent, 2-10% of group IVA or VA element oxide, and 2-14% of group IIA or IIIA element oxide. The preparation method for the catalyst comprises: first performing acid treatment on the ZSM-5/ZSM-11 cocrystal molecular sieve, then performing mixing, kneading, and extrusion moulding on the acid treatment product and the bonding agent, and then sequentially modifying by using a group IVA or VA element compound-containing solution and a group IIA or IIIA element compound-containing solution. The catalyst has the characteristics of good activity and high selectivity under a non-hydro condition, and has an application value.
