Abstract:
An alkyne selective hydrogenation catalyst for C2 fraction and a preparation method. A carrier for the catalyst is alumina or mainly alumina, and has a bimodal pore distribution structure. Active components of the catalyst at least comprise Pd, Ni, Cu, Ce and Pt, wherein Ni and Cu are mainly loaded in macropores by using a micro-emulsion method; Pd is mainly loaded in micropores of the catalyst by using a solution method; and Pt and Ce are loaded on Pd by using a solution method. After loading and roasting, on the basis of 100% of the weight of the carrier, the active components of the catalyst comprise 0.065-0.08% of Pd, 1-5% of Ni, 2-5% of Cu, 0.1-0.5% of Ce and 0.001-0.01% of Pt. The catalyst provided in the present invention has a low palladium loading capacity, simple preparation, good anti-coking performance and good regeneration performance, and can keep good hydrogenation activity and good selectivity for a long time.
