An all-aluminum cosmetic container cover, comprising a cover body (1) made of aluminum and an inner cover (2) made of aluminum, wherein the inner cover (2) is disposed in the cover body (1), and a first thread (21) for closed connection with a container body (3) is provided inside the inner cover (2). Meanwhile, a cosmetic container using the all-aluminum cosmetic container cover is disclosed, and a molding process for the all-aluminum cosmetic container cover is also disclosed. The first thread (21) on the inner cover (2) is rolled and molded by means of a roller device. The process is simple, and processing is convenient. The all-aluminum cosmetic container cover may be used for various cosmetic containers, such as cosmetic bottles, cosmetic droppers, cosmetic tubes, etc., and the all-aluminum cosmetic container cover is a single material that is renewable, recyclable, and reusable. The all-aluminum cosmetic container cover does not need to be disassembled, may be continually recycled and reused, thus greatly conserving resources and better sustainably developing the use of packaging with regards to recycling, is an environmentally friendly design, and is energy-saving and environmental.
