An all-direction mutually-attracted magnetic structure, comprising combination parts (10) and magnetic connecting parts (20); surfaces of the combination parts are provided with connection end faces (11); the magnetic connection parts are provided inside of the combination parts; when two of the combination parts are aligned with the connection end faces, the magnetic connection parts are used to cause the combination parts to form a magnetic connection; the magnetic connection parts have cavity bodies (21) and cap covers (23), and the cavity bodies are internally provided with magnetic attraction units (22); the bottom of the cavity bodies appear to be arc-shaped; and front ends of the cap covers are planar and flush with surfaces of the connection end faces; when two of the combination parts approach each other, two opposite magnet attraction units are influenced by a magnetic force and rotate within two cavity bodies respectively; and when the two magnetic attraction units form the mutually attracted state of the S pole and the N pole, the units slide respectively to attach to two cap covers for magnetic connection, thus forming a combined form between the two combination parts such that magnetic connection may be achieved in any direction.
