Abstract:
The present invention relates to all-in-one exercise equipment for Pilates, the equipment being characterized by comprising: an upper plate having an area in which a user can exercise lying down; a base frame positioned below the upper plate to support the upper plate; and a post unit composed of vertical posts, each of which has the proximal end fixed to the base frame and the distal end extending up from the upper plate, and horizontal posts connecting the distal ends of the vertical posts, wherein a spring wall, a push thru bar, a hanger, and a spring swing are installed on the post unit. The vertical posts are provided with adjustment holes for adjusting the heights of the spring wall and the push thru bar.
