Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of medical instruments. Disclosed are an all-in-one machine for sample detection and a control method therefor. According to the all-in-one machine for sample detection and the control method therefor provided in the present invention, the all-in-one machine is divided into an upper area driven by an upper driving unit and a lower area driven by a lower driving unit; and by means of the cooperative movement of the upper driving unit and the lower driving unit, the movement process can be both high-speed and high-precision, so that the detection efficiency and the detection accuracy are improved. The lower driving unit can realize adjustment for a larger range of motion, thereby meeting various extreme distance requirements. Corresponding switch cover mechanisms are designed for a sample tube, an extraction consumable and an amplification consumable, thereby achieving the operation automation of the switch covers. The effective connection of a disposable medical consumable unit is ensured by means of a consumable processing operation monitoring module. By means of the design of a separation air duct, the device has little internal interference and a low risk of contamination, thereby ensuring that the modules are guaranteed to be maximally uncontaminated with each other in different stages of operation.
