An all-optical information acquisition system, comprising: a sparse sampling imaging array (1) and a light splitting means (5), a grayscale imaging means (6) and a spectral light path acquisition means (7) that acquire a sparse sampled spectral image; a color imaging means (8) and a color light path acquisition means (9) that acquire a high resolution color image, the optical axes of the spectral light path acquisition means (7) and of the color imaging means (8) being parallel to each other, the two obtained images containing sparse sampled spectral information and high resolution color information, respectively, and the two obtained images containing parallax information; and a joint information processing means (10) that finally processes the two paths of information, and re-constructs all-optical information comprising spectrum and depth according to the sparse spectral information and the color information and the parallax information caused by different attitudes of two cameras. The invention can realize joint acquisition of all-optical information, and can obtain, by means of an imaging device with higher precision, a higher spectral resolution and more accurate depth information.
