Abstract:
The present invention relates to an all-purpose seasoning soy sauce composition, an all-purpose seasoning soy sauce prepared using the same and a preparation method therefor, and to an all-purpose seasoning soy sauce, which has an inherently deep soy sauce flavor, provides a sour taste, can remove the fatty smell or fishy smell produced by fish, meat and the like, and pairs well with any food, and thus can improve the flavor of food and can be used as a chahm sauce (dipping sauce for meat) and the like.
