Abstract:
Provided are: an all-solid-state secondary battery wherein a solid electrolyte layer has an electrolyte region occupied by an inorganic solid electrolyte material and a filler region closing a gap between the electrolyte region and the inorganic solid electrolyte material, said filler region being formed using a hot melt of an electron-insulating material that is solid at 100°C and thermally melts in a temperate range of 200°C or lower; a solid electrolyte film used in same; and production methods for these. An all-solid-state secondary battery wherein a solid electrolyte layer has an electrolyte region occupied by an inorganic solid electrolyte material and a filler region closing a gap between the electrolyte region and the inorganic solid electrolyte material, said filler region including an electron-insulating material that is solid at 100°C and thermally melts at no more than 200°C, and the ratio between the area FA of the filler region FR contained inside a square region having one side of 5 µm and the outer perimeter length FL of FR fulfilling FL/FA ≥ 0.81; a solid electrolyte film used in same; and production methods for these.
