Abstract:
Provided is an all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery which is not susceptible to separation of an electrode layer from a solid electrolyte layer, and which has excellent cycle characteristics. An all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery 1 according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a solid electrolyte layer 2 which has a first main surface 2a and a second main surface 2b facing each other, and which is composed of a sodium ion conductive oxide; a positive electrode layer 3 which is provided on the first main surface 2a of the solid electrolyte layer 2; and a negative electrode layer 4 which is provided on the second main surface 2b of the solid electrolyte layer 2. This all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery 1 is also characterized in that at least one of the first main surface 2a and the second main surface 2b has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.05 μm or more.
