Abstract:
An all-terrain crawler-type pipe transportation vehicle, mainly comprising a traveling device (1), a steering device (2), a platform lifting device (3), a pipe turning device (4) and a pipe conveying device (5); the traveling device, the steering device, the pipe turning device and the pipe conveying device are all mounted on a vehicle frame (36); the steering device is mounted under the vehicle frame by means of a turntable (22), and the turntable is connected to the traveling device by means of a turning support (21); and the pipe turning device and the pipe conveying device are mounted above the vehicle frame by means of bolts, and operate independently. The all-terrain crawler-type pipe transportation vehicle and a construction method thereof can complete the conveyance and connection of pipes, integrates hoisting and pipe transportation, can adapt to various kinds of harsh road conditions for transportation, has a fast travelling speed and a high pipe transportation efficiency; the whole-crawler structure vehicle has better adaptability and smoothness of transportation, can adapt to various kinds of harsh road conditions, and can automatically adjust the connection position, improving welding quality, safety and reliability.
