Disclosed is an all-terrain vehicle (100), comprising: a frame (10); a front axle, wherein the front axle is arranged on the frame (10); a rear axle, wherein the rear axle is arranged on the frame (10) and is located behind the front axle; an engine (20), wherein the engine (20) is arranged on the frame (10) and is located between the front axle and the rear axle; a fuel tank (30), wherein the fuel tank (30) is arranged on a first side of the frame (10) and is located behind the engine (20), and the fuel tank (30) is connected to a fuel path of the engine (20); an exhaust pipe (40), wherein the exhaust pipe (40) is arranged on the frame (10) and is located behind the engine (20), and the exhaust pipe (40) is connected to a gas path of the engine (20); and a silencer (50), wherein the silencer (50) is arranged on a second side of the frame (10) and is located behind the engine (20), and the silencer (50) is connected to the exhaust pipe (40), so that the space utilization rate is improved.
