Abstract:
An all-weather driving management system for guaranteeing safe driving under all-weather conditions comprises communication channels, and multiple environment monitoring controllers (1-8) which are spaced from each other along the road. The environment monitoring controllers (1-8) detect weather information along the road, and transmit the processed data to a vehicular communication module (1-7). An Input/Output terminal of the vehicular communication module (1-7) is divided into three ends, one exchanges data with a surrounding vehicular communication module, and receives data transmitted by the environment monitoring controllers (1-8) through a short-distance wireless communication module (1-5), one reaches a storage card (1-4), one reaches a voice-prompt and display module (1-3) for prompting and displaying information. The system achieves safe driving of vehicles under all-weather conditions, real-time speed monitoring of high-speed vehicles and accurate guide of traffic travel routes. An all-weather driving management method is also provided.
