Abstract:
The present invention provides an allergen-immobilized carrier for an allergy examination, said allergen-immobilized carrier enabling a multi-item simultaneous measurement of an allergen-specific IgE antibody at high sensitivity, even though using a smaller amount of a specimen than in conventional methods, and also enabling the measurement with high correlation with the measured values of ImmunoCAP. This allergen-immobilized carrier for an allergy examination is characterized in that an allergen is immobilized on a carrier at a density of 120-500 ng/cm2.
