Abstract:
The present invention relates to an allicin derivative, having the structure as shown in formula I, and a preparation method and use therefor, wherein R1 and R2 are respectively an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbons, a cycloalkyl group, a naphthalene ring, a phenyl group, or an aromatic heterocyclic ring. The present invention can be used for bacteria that are resistant to existing fungicides. The allicin derivative has a strong antibacterial activity and a wide antibacterial spectrum, and can achieve better effects on certain pathogenic bacteria than that of existing Merivon or allicins. The synthesis method in the present invention is simple to operate, has mild reaction conditions, meets industrial production requirements, and can be used for preparing agricultural bactericides.
