Abstract:
The present invention relates to an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell and a use thereof, wherein, due to the inclusion of a step for treating a mesenchymal stem cell with an interferon gamma and a proteasome inhibitor, a mesenchymal stem cell can be produced in which transplant immunogenicity is suppressed, immunomodulating activity is enhanced, and congenital and adaptive immune cell activity can be suppressed. The mesenchymal stem cell does not transform into an inflammation-accelerating cell even when exposed to inflammation factors, thus allowing an immunosuppressive function to be stably maintained, and can prevent or treat various inflammatory disorders (for example, autoimmune disease, graft-versus-host-disease, etc.).
