Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an alloy material exhibiting better mechanical properties than existing high-entropy alloys without sacrificing the high corrosion resistance of high-entropy alloys; a product using said alloy material; and a fluid machine having said product. This alloy material comprises equiaxed crystals in which parent phase grains have an average grain size of 150 μm or less, wherein the alloy material includes each of the elements of Co, Cr, Fe, Ni, and Ti in the range of 5-35 at% and Mo in the range of more than 0 at% and less than 8 at%, with the remainder comprising inevitable impurities, and ultrafine particles having an average particle size of 100 nm or less and oxide particles having an average particle size of 100 nm or less are dispersed and precipitated in the parent phase grains.
