Abstract:
This alloy sheet has a chemical composition which contains,by mass%, C: 0.0200% or less, Si: 0.02-2.00%, Mn: 0.02-2.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.0100% or less, Cr: 12.00-30.00%, Ni: 35.00-60.00%, N: 0.0200% or less, V: 0.02-1.00%, Nb: more than 2.00% to 3.50%, Al: more than 2.60% to 4.00%, and which may further optionally contain one or more of Ti, Mo, W, Cu, Co, B, Zr, Ca, and Mg, the balance being 10.00% or more of Fe and impurities. The alloy sheet has a microstructure containing austenite phases, wherein the average grain size of the austenite phases is 20 µm or greater, the average value of L1/L2, that is, the aspect ratio of the crystal grain of the austenite phases, is 1.0 to 3.0, and in the microstructure, the area ratio of γ' phases is 15.0% or less, and the 0.2% yield strength at room temperature is 400 MPa or greater.
