Title:
ALLOY STEEL, ELECTROLYTIC CORROSION-PROOF COMPONENT OBTAINED USING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/053822
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides: an alloy steel which can maintain inherent hardness while exhibiting electrolytic corrosion resistance with respect to an adjacent metal product; an electrolytic corrosion-proof component obtained using same; and a method for producing same. This alloy steel contains, in terms of wt%, 1.0-1.5% of C, 0.2-2.0% of Si, 0.2-2.0% of Mn, 1.0-9.0% of Cr, 1.5-6.0% of Mo, 0.01-5.0% of Al, 0.2% or less of Ti+Zr and 0.5% or less of V and/or Nb, with the remainder comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities. Due to this configuration, it is possible to maintain inherent hardness while exhibiting electrolytic corrosion resistance with respect to an adjacent metal product.
