Abstract:
The present invention relates to an alloy steel manufacturing method comprising the processes of: preparing a first molten ferroalloy containing manganese; preparing a second molten ferroalloy containing chromium; preparing a molten steel; mixing the first molten ferroalloy and the second molten ferroalloy to produce a third molten ferroalloy; and pouring the third molten ferroalloy into the molten steel to manufacture an alloy steel, wherein the converter endpoint temperature of the molten steel is reduced to improve a phosphorus controlling potential upon refining in the converter, thereby effectively controlling a phosphorus concentration in the molten steel.
