Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of tungsten alloy materials, and specifically relates to an alloy wire, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The alloy wire is made of a tungsten alloy, which comprises tungsten and an oxide of lanthanum. The wire diameter of the alloy wire is 100 μm or less; and the tensile strength of the alloy wire is 3800 MPa or more. The wire diameter of the alloy wire is 60 μm or less; the diameter of a push-pull core wire of the alloy wire is 350 μm or less; the elastic limit strength of the alloy wire is 2500 MPa or more; and the tensile strength of the alloy wire is 4200 MPa or more. In the present invention, an alloy wire with an ultra-high strength and a good toughness is obtained by doping the oxide of lanthanum.
