Abstract:
An alprostadil composition and injection and lyophilization formulation comprising the same; the composition comprises alprostadil, oil for injection, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylinositol and is free of phosphatidylethanolamine; and relative to 1 part by weight of alprostadil, the content of the oil for injection is 5000-30000 parts by weight, the content of the phosphatidylcholine is 1200-4000 parts by weight, and the content of the phosphatidylinositol is 12-48 parts by weight.
